Policy
• User Obligations
○ Clients:
Clients must ensure that all booking information is accurate, including the details of the cargo being transported, delivery locations, and timing. Clients must also ensure that their payment method is valid and funds are available.
○ Truck Owners:
Truck owners are responsible for ensuring their trucks are properly insured and comply with all U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. They must also ensure that the truck is available for the booked service.
• Platform Use
By using the Picker Logistic Solutions platform, users agree to comply with all applicable laws, including local, state, and federal regulations governing transportation and logistics.
• Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activities, including fraud, false information, or actions that would breach any federal or state transport laws.
• Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Picker Logistic Solutions for any claims or damages arising from their use of the platform, including any breach of the terms outlined herein.
• Limitation of Liability
Picker Logistic Solutions will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or personal injury that results from the use of the platform, except where liability is imposed by U.S. law.
• Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between users and Picker Logistic Solutions will be resolved through binding arbitration, as required under U.S. law. The arbitration process will take place in the state of operation of Picker Logistic Solutions.
