Cancellation Policy
Purpose
This policy defines the circumstances under which bookings can be canceled and the associated charges or refunds.
Policy
• Client-Initiated Cancellations
○ Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
○ Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup time will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
○ No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the truck has been dispatched.
• Truck Owner-Initiated Cancellations
If the truck owner cancels the booking, the client will receive a full refund. Repeated cancellations by truck owners will result in a review of their account and may lead to suspension.
• Cancellation Process
Clients and truck owners must initiate cancellations through the platform's interface or contact customer service directly.
• Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond their control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or civil disturbances, as long as appropriate documentation is provided.
