Booking Policy

Purpose

This policy outlines the process for booking trucks via the Picker Logistic Solutions platform.

Policy

• Eligibility

Only registered users (both clients and truck owners) are eligible to book or list trucks. Users must provide valid identification, business information (if applicable), and other required documents, such as proof of insurance and truck registration, in compliance with U.S. federal and state regulations.

• Booking Process

Clients can select available trucks based on their needs (type of goods, transport routes, size of the truck, etc.). Information required for booking includes:

  • Pickup and delivery addresses
  • Date and time of transportation
  • Load specifications (weight, size, etc.)
  • Special handling requirements (if any)

• Booking Confirmation

Once the client submits a booking request, a confirmation email is automatically sent with all relevant booking details. This email serves as proof of the booking.

• Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking, and it will be processed through our secure payment system (PayPal, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods compliant with U.S. payment standards).

• Changes to Booking

Any changes to the booking must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Changes within 48 hours may incur additional charges based on availability.

• Availability

Picker Logistic Solutions cannot guarantee truck availability until a booking is confirmed by the truck owner. Availability may vary based on location and demand.
