Purpose

This policy explains the conditions under which refunds will be issued to users.

• Refund Eligibility

Client-Initiated Cancellations: Refunds will be processed according to the timing of the cancellation, as detailed in the Cancellation Policy.

Truck Owner-Initiated Cancellations: If the truck owner cancels the booking before dispatch, clients will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

Service Failures: If the truck fails to arrive on the scheduled date or time and no alternative truck is provided, clients are entitled to a full refund.

Partial Use of Services: If part of the booking service is used (e.g., partial delivery), no refunds will be issued for the unused portion unless explicitly agreed upon by Picker Logistic Solutions.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the cancellation or service failure is confirmed.

• Refund Exceptions

No refunds are provided for any services rendered or fees associated with third-party charges (e.g., tolls, parking fees, insurance).
