• Suspension/Termination for Misuse
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if a user violates the platform's terms of use, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to meet legal requirements (e.g., valid insurance for truck owners).
• Repeated Cancellations or Non-Compliance
Truck owners who repeatedly cancel confirmed bookings or do not comply with safety and regulatory standards may be suspended or removed from the platform.
• Appeals Process
Users whose accounts are suspended or terminated may appeal the decision by contacting customer service. The appeal will be reviewed within 5 business days.
• Account Reactivation
Accounts suspended for minor infractions may be reactivated if the user provides appropriate corrective actions or resolves outstanding issues.
